Jaime Deherrrera
A little about Jaime
Her Passion for horses started in Evergreen CO., where she grew up on her family ranch. She started competing in the Equine Sports when she was 6 at the copper cowboy Gymkhana Series. At 8 she joined 4-H, that's where her passion for showing was ignited. 13 year of age is when Jaime began dabbling in breed shows. After high school, Jaime graduated from Northeastern Junior College. Majoring in Equine Business management and was a member of the ranch versatility team. After college she was an assistant trainer for several years for a few different trainers. she then managed for a breeder for 10 years. I took care mares, did halter breaking, Sale prepping, colt starting and some showing. During that time Jaime was also riding client horses and giving lessons. She has been giving horsemanship and training lessons since the age of 12.

Ashley Smallwood
Ashley has 20 years Experience Teaching Horses and Riders
Ashley loves teaching riding and especially teaching riders how to work in harmony with their horse. Ashley attended Northwest College in Powell Wyoming studying Equine Riding and Training, and after graduation and dedicated much of her time to learning and applying many training techniques. Ashley has spent alot of time in the show ring early in her life and has shifted her focus to Training Barrel racing horses in recent years. But also enjoys training all around Horses, with a focus in trail. Ashley also devotes alot of hours to teaching and providing show opportunities for the local 4H equine members. As Jaime has joined us and is teaching lessons, Ashley has stepped back and will not be doing private lessons for the foreseeable future.

Basic Horsemanship Skills
Including Care, Handling, Safety and Horse Behavior
Beginner Riding Lessons
(all ages)
This lessons focus on the very basics of riding from saddling to learning all the basic cues and gaits.
Youth Lessons
Lessons built around the goals of the youth, focusing on their riding goals and discipline of their choice
Adult Lessons
Lessons built around the students goals, focused on what they want to learn.
Horse & Rider Sessions
These lessons focus on helping a rider train their own horse, these are my absolute favorite type of lessons I love helping people really connect with their horse.
Coaching Services
Custom coaching at events, or for events prepping you and your horse, and attending event with client.
