Swat Was born in Indiana, With dreams of the track in his breeders mind. He has the bloodlines to have burned it up at the track. Unfortunately he cut his leg up really bad and it ended any hopes of a racing or even riding career. His owner knew I wanted a horse by his father and offered me the chance to own him. They hadn't had much luck getting a vet who knew how to deal with his leg. so I drove to Indiana and picked up the 3 year old with the bad leg.

We got home and went to Dr. Vlahos at Yellowstone Equine Hospital, and it was discovered he had developed a bone infection. Dr Vlahos opened up the wound scraped all the infection he could from the bone and surrounding tissue and we went about healing that leg up again. his tendons where compromised and once the original wound was completely healed. Dr Vlahos went back in and did Stringhalt surgery to help him move freely and pain free.

He is a the silliest stud we have he always wants to be playing and running around, even though he travels real funny on his leg. He is still very athletic and straight up fast. His babies will definitely build a legacy for him that he didn't get to build for himself.
